How to get better at soccer?

I know you have to practice but I can not join any clubs because both my parents worked and did not there are my friends playing football. I tried for my school team, but I did not make it .. I asked coach and he told me I was on the border and only 1 person make the cut. I use to play football when I was young. But 2 is like a half years ago .. I quit because my parents work and have no ride. So, how do I get better?

Kicking the ball wall ..... ball repeatedly. Which Kick hard against the wall .... try and trap, or control it.
