Why did not anyone answer my questions?
I've asked this before, I have only one answer. I need more. I like to play football but I have too many loose so I really want some tips on how to block opposing players with my body. And every time I get the ball only thing which appears in my mind is the fear of losing my ball. see a professional to do it but not as easy as it looks. Riquelme and Zizou is a great example. So any practical tips? I 6 '3 and 165 pounds. (I need to bulk too, I'm too thin) Thank you
