What things can I do to improve my soccer skills?
I signed up for my school team, but there will be trials, and im pretty good but I want to be better. I need a lot of practice I can do to improve eye-hand coordination-goal-free-kicks, dribbling the ball to keep possession ect. I just has a soccer ball no equipment such as cones and so forth. I need enough info to practice an hour a day. thank you very much .. and anyone know where I can get cheap soccer gear, cleats, shin pads, etc.. andddddd some football jerseys answer = D more people = [
