Coaching Kids Soccer
how to motivate young children crying in football camp presoccer?
so that every bit of football coach kids i Saturday. it happens to be a 'hot' every Saturday (so they think, usually about 85 degrees and sunny it) there is no shade, so they never get a chance to 100% when they get cold water. I am a girl so i women's coach. It was me and about 6 girls k-2 class. last saturday 4 of them broke down crying because it was so hot. one was crying because she didn't can a tagger when we do dribble game. I found a way to motivate them: whoever wins the game we did they get to get piggy back up from me. who worked until the other person feel bad because they never ride piggy back. any way I can get the girls to participate, run and play games in the 'hot'?! THANK YOU SO MUCH.
Make everything into a game: for the tag warm or has been in a race across the feild for heating. Dont Play do to exercise a lot, unnessecary for children their age. Scrimmage most of the time, dont is to hard about the position and what is not. Make sure they have many water, rest. Easy up will help to shade if you're willing to take one. GOOD LUCK!
