HELP. I need to get in shape for soccer ...?
ok so I played football for 10 years in a row, then I can not play year this because of my foot. I had a tendon problem (caused by the accessory navicular). i am soooo out the form because I can not do sport for a year. when i try jogging on a treadmill than as powerwalking me, my legs almost soo old and sick, even though I wear a brace,. im 15 years old and overweight and very out of shape and begin in such soccer July (preseason). btw, I play goalie and defense sometimes, if it makes a difference what other exercises / workout routines I can do to get in the form? how long will it take? and i cannot afford to sign up for the gym, although I have a stationary bike and treadmill, and theres squat rack (for weight lifting and goods) in my basement. help! also, I just need to get in shape, did not practice my skills. im gonna be attending two summer soccer camps This
I advise you to drink green tea 1-3 glasses per day green tea speeds up your metabolism a lot and drink plenty of water 8 glasses each day. do not go snack on diet only eat half dead half of what you'll usually eat and give or throw the rest away if you're really hungry and you have all your snack food day-to-day on fruits (oranges, apples, bananas) exercise more try and run for a minimum of 30 minutes a day get more active get more sleep to prepare stretching your body, yes it works and not only help you lose weight it helps you grow a little taller count your calories you try to stay under the number 1300 calories per day you change your lifestyle it makes a difference do not eat candy or chips eat more vegetables or protein bars avoid fast food and cut out fried foods when you cook your meal oven cook your food fried not chew gum because when you chew gum you do not choose the food for example if theres some chips in your closet you go to them to think good damn they look good then you would say no i cannot choose them because I do not want to throw my gum away do not eat after 6:00 because before 18:00 you can burn all the food from you and if you eat after six it will lay on your stomach when you eat not. do eat before you go sleep drink a glass of water before you go to sleep eat spicy food, if you do because it speeds up your metabolism do not weigh yourself everyday because torturing you, your own weight once a week (every Monday) good luck!
