Soccer Headgear
problems with acne on the forehead!?
I have to wear headgear for this football (to help head the ball better and prevent concussion) and provide many acne on my forehead (because I wear them a lot and are always sweating)! what should I do to prevent more acne from occurring? thank you!
I will try to wash your face right after football, which could help a lot. and, you may be able to put something under the terms of your headgear, such as plastic wrap. if it doesn't This helps [sorry] try to use only what you normally would with acne, such as washing her face, mouisterizer, proactive, etc. I hope that helps =]
