Why run / workout / stretching a good outlet to overcome the anxiety / anger?
Peer pressure and school makes me both nervous or angry, only stress is not too dramatic. I'm just going to avoid my problems and just "sweep them under the carpet" ... it did not help. It just makes me more close-minded and cold to people I used to love to be around. Like most people, I worry or do anything about my anxiety / anger. Recently I played some football with my annoying cousin, but after I felt happy and refreshed. My mind felt clear. I used to run around the block then I'm tired of it ... Lately I have been spazzing this muscle so I started stretching from what I remember from the ballet. I feel pure and simple. My mind no longer has the anger and bitter thoughts. I have been positive to live. Today I feel like running it very strange. People are always complaining how boring and hard exercise is ... I think it came out all the bad mental activity. Why running / exercise / stretching a good outlet for getting over the anxiety / anger?
There are several reasons). 1 thing that makes us angry Most current not solved by physical means. When we are angry or feel worried about something, it triggers the stress response (adrenaline, cortisol, etc. removed) and changes in we become our body ready to either fight or run, but we do not do anything physical, and it wreaks havoc on our bodies. Exercise provides a healthy outlet for dealing with stress response and return your body to baseline). 2 If you exercise for enough and hard enough, your body will release endorphins long (ie painkillers / opiates) that will make you feel really good (known as' high-runner)). 3 Improve your self esteem
