How can I learn good head football?
Hi. I'm 19 years old and im still trying to learn how to head a soccer ball from a corner kick and passed! I can hit the ball slightly with his head but every time I do so always hurt me:. (Type so im afraid the ball is there any exercises out there that will help me learn how to head the ball?
The only suggestion, YOU hit the ball. Do not let the ball hit you.
