I am an adult who played football for fun. What individual exercises can I do to fix?
For those who play football, what you do to practice and train when you're by yourself?
First you might want to start dribbling in tha air with out touching it soil, this will help control your ball and dribbling skills. Also you can see on youtube and found a trick you might want to learn and practice on them. You can kicked the ball at the wall and pass it back and forth to try further and further and also one by touch. You also have to run around your block a few times and try to find some ankle weights that can imporve your speed.
