Soccer training help!?
I'm training for high school football team ... We must have the basics down and run 2 miles in 13 minutes. Now I play mid field and I can run a 7:10 minute mile. I'm bad with the pass and scored on my left foot, I also do not have the best ball control when walking at my top speed. And improve my speed so I can get 13 miles a minute and have endurence.
