SOCCER TRAINING .......?
im playing scocer cause i didn't feel like playing soccer this year. im probably play in the future. I have some experience football. like I know the basic rules and I can kick and pass well. i need tips and exercises so I can get better. I have access to clean. its about a miles away and I can ride my bike there. how often should I go there? what should I do there? what kind of resistance training should I do? what is some rather complex rules of football? all suggestions and tips are very helpful. I can make a mediocre pass with my left foot but cannot shoot very well with it
