What are some names pleaseeeeeee warming? (Like stretching) Read?
So im probably the most physically active person in his class, i hate it! everyone is so competitive and i dont even understand the game ever! We have a football team put in and everyone should get the "job" OF COURSE i miss the day where we must choose a job, and I end up with COACH! now I have to write a paper on the stupid things i dont understand at alllllllll! if anyone can help me with some I have to answer the basic question I WILL LOVE YOU! 10 POINTS! VERY EASY! ughhh so heres the - i have a duty to make "practical plan"-a period of 2 hours-it will include ups, stretching heating time, what exercises will work on, any announcements for the team / upcoming events for my team Tidaaak HAVE IDEA WHAT TO DO! Ahhh WHAT EVEN IS A DRILL! and i dont know the name of each stretching! PLEASE HELP ME ANSWER YAHOO! ... IN NEED OF MY TIME!
